RETURNS: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory

WARRANTY: RoboCup® stands behind it's commitment to quality and warrants the original purchaser with a three (3) year manufacturer's warranty against deficiencies in material and workmanship. The springs and hardware were upgraded to stainless steel in mid-2013 and recommend applying anti-rust spray periodically. This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear (ie. rust), improperly used, improperly cared, abused, altered or repaired products. Deficient products will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of RoboCup® and there are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. This limited warranty is given in lieu of all others and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
